Two men were arrested at the same Georgia Walmart for allegedly recording videos up women’s skirts just weeks apart. Police say the first suspect, 24-year-old Jae Ross, was already banned from the store for doing the same thing last year, while the second man, Tyreece Mattress, was later caught on surveillance allegedly attempting the same crime.
