This is a boxing tournament for robots! It’s in China and the robots are built by a company called Unitree. They were trained on a bunch of different kickboxing moves using reference data from real kickboxers. They were told WHAT to do by humans and had to figure out HOW to do it while maintaining their balance and getting hit!
